Science Olympiad Captain

Led competitive STEM teams, helped teammates improve, and built event-ready solutions under time pressure.

Lifeguard

Real responsibility, constant awareness, and emergency readiness—safety and calm decision-making matters.

Builder

I like shipping things that work: embedded systems, automation, and web tools—then iterating until they’re solid.

Selected Projects

A few highlights — I can add links, GitHub, and deeper writeups as you gather them.

Wireless Safety System (ESP-NOW)

Engineering

Designed a wireless, fail-safe system for remote control and monitoring where safety matters. The focus is deliberate human input, continuous connection checks, and automatic disarming to prevent accidental activation.

The architecture uses a handheld controller and a receiver communicating via ESP-NOW. A heartbeat mechanism verifies link integrity, and a state-machine control layer only enables outputs under explicitly safe conditions. Any invalid state or link loss forces the system back to a safe, disarmed mode.

Fail-safe design State machines Heartbeat monitoring ESP-NOW Embedded systems
Embedded system bench testing
Bench testing and validation of embedded safety system prototypes.
Controlled system testing under supervised conditions.

Built with a “safety-first” mindset: clear arming states, explicit confirmation before output, and automatic disarm on disconnect. I can share diagrams, pseudocode, and implementation notes privately if needed.

Rocket Control & Embedded Systems

Engineering

Control-focused embedded work for rocketry-style test platforms, emphasizing reliability, validation, and real-world constraints. Work spans onboard sensing, servo actuation, and software tooling that supports repeatable testing and iteration.

Within GUA, my primary contribution was software—firmware, control logic, and tooling—plus coordination and planning. Mechanical design, fabrication, and CAD were led by my co-founder.

Platforms shown represent multiple iterations developed for stability, recovery behavior, and system integration—simulated before build, then refined through test feedback. Specific designs and CAD stay private; high-level engineering notes are available on request.

Software

Built a clean, modern portfolio to document projects, leadership, and goals—deployed for fast global access and easy updates.

Tools & Automation

Software

Small programs and utilities for productivity, learning, and data—focused on writing clear code and improving it through iteration.

About

I’m a high school student who likes building things that work in the real world—engineering projects, software, and team systems. I’ve led STEM teams through Science Olympiad, worked as a lifeguard with real safety responsibility, and I’m focused on growing my skills in both technical problem-solving and emergency medicine.

What I’m working on

Projects, competitions, training, and learning by shipping — then improving what I ship.

What I value

Discipline, curiosity, teamwork, and doing the hard stuff well — even when it’s uncomfortable.

What I’m aiming for

A future where I can combine technical excellence with real-world impact and service.
